Hi,
I'm Angi Romich-McCarthy, certified personal trainer and founder of Big Love Fitness, I believe that being physically fit starts deep within yourself at the core of your being. Self-love is the first step to achieving your goals and maintaining them. If you love yourself enough to "show up", the rest will work itself out. Many folks make the mistake of focusing on "the body they want" rather then "how they want to feel in their body", and when they don't see the results they expect in a few months they throw in the towel.
Big Love is what you put into yourself....your diet, sleep habits, self-dialogue and other lifestyle choices. Fitness is when you take that love and put it into motion. The more love you put in through healthy choices, the more energy you'll have to move your body and the better you'll feel.
